Nottingham City Council have launched a Waste Management gudie to assist landlords in their responsibilities as a licence holder to comply with the new licence conditions requiring a Waste Management Plan (for new licences from 1 February 2022)

Inspections have already commenced in the city and DASH landlrods have already reported being asked for a copy of thier waste management plan for certain properties
