Gedling Borough Council have issued the following public annoncement regarding their new selective licensing scheme consultation

'...The council have been reviewing the responses that were submitted as part of a 12 week consultation held between 12^th October 2020 to 4^th January 2021 on a proposal extend the Selective Licensing scheme to parts of Colwick, Carlton Hill, Daybrook and Newstead Village.

A decision on the proposal was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This email is to notify you that we are reopening the selective licensing phase 2 public consultation for a further 4 weeks starting on 25^th April 2022 and closing on 23^rd May 2022. All comments previously submitted have been taken into account and will still be considered when making a decision on the proposal. The four week extension is intended to provide opportunity to new residents and stakeholders and anyone who didn’t get opportunity to comment during the first consultation to provide their views on the proposal.
