South Kesteven District Council Private Sector Enforcement Policy
South Kesteven have recently published their Private Sector Housing Enforcement policy which can be viewed on their website.
The Policy provides guidance for officers, landlords, letting agents and residents in respect of their approach to improving standards in private sector housing and dealing with enforcement. It includes details on how the Council will deal with enforcement as well as details of recently introduced legislation covering the extension of mandatory licensing for HMOs, Civil Penalties, Banning Orders and the Database of Rogue Landlords and Property Agents.
