South Holland District Council event

The Private Sector Housing team at South Holland District Council will be at the market on Tuesday 20 September in the Market Place, Spalding, PE11 1SP.
The team will be hosting a stand to provide residents with an opportunity to talk to them about private housing. Landlords with private rented properties in the district will be able to ask for advice and information regarding HMOs, Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards (MEES), ECO grants and disrepairs.
The team are keen to provide support to landlords by offering information and an opportunity to discuss any issues or answer any questions they may have. Come along and meet the team who will be there during core trading hours of 9am to 2pm.
