Covid19: Support Available for Vulnerable Tenants in Lincolnshire

Gas / Electric Supplies – Affordability and Advice during Covid 19

If your tenants are struggling to pay their utility bills or to get out to top up prepayment meters due to self-isolation, they are advised to contact their utility suppliers who may be able to help – a number of things have been put in place to help customers at this difficult time. There is a lot of information and advice on the Ofgem website https://www.ofgem.gov.uk/coronavirus-covid-19/coronavirus-covid-19-and-your-energy-supply and on individual utility company websites.

New mental health helpline across Lincolnshire

The new confidential mental health and emotional wellbeing helpline is a joint initiative across health, social care and the third sector. It is available 24/7 and can provide emotional support, advice and guidance if you are feeling low, anxious or stressed, and think you might benefit from speaking to someone.

By calling 0800 001 4331 you can speak to a member of a highly trained and experienced team of support workers who will be able to provide appropriate support.
