A second scheme of Selective Licensing will commence in Nottingham City from 1st December 2023, covering an estimated 30,000 privately rented homes in Nottingham. 

This online briefing will provide detail on the new scheme requirements and is being hosted by DASH and Unipol Student Homes for landlords and managing agents.

The Licensing Team at Nottingham City Council will provide information and answer your questions on:

• The application process
• What happens once an application is submitted
• Timescales and top tips to keep on top of the new requirements

There is a further proposed scheme of Additional Licensing currently being considered by the Council and an update on the latest information will be provided.
