amends the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 and creates a new prescribed form 6A for when section 21 is being used.
This new form MUST be used in England from 1 June 2019 onwards.
According to Landlord Guild there aren’t too many changes. It looks a bit different and mainly the change adds a new part about restrictions on serving section 21 if a prohibited payment has been taken (and not repaid) under the Tenant Fees Act 2019.
