Course Content:

This course covers repairs and reporting skills for non "through the front door" staff.

It reviews legal compliance and discusses how to identify and investigate repairs whilst "offsite", also focussing on listening and communication skills which can be critical in identifying tenant vulnerabilities.

Questioning and diagnostic techniques are explored to support triaging skills to assist delegates with day to day operational activities.

Understand the Housing health and safety rating system and identifying hazards in homes
Understand how Awaab’s law requires robust reporting protocols
Know the importance of Tenant vulnerabilities when triaging cases
