Landlord Survey - Rental Property Security - Nottinghamshire Police

Nottinghamshire Police are appealing to Landlords to complete their Rental Property Security Survey

Sergeant Matthew Leask at the University Policing Team:

“This survey has been designed to assess the security measures currently in place at your property and to identify opportunities for collective action to improve safety across the area in a cost-effective way. The survey is aimed at landlords of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs), particularly student accommodation, to help ensure that appropriate crime prevention measures are in place to protect tenants and reduce the risk of burglary and other offences. The information gathered will be used to identify trends, share good practice, and develop effective strategies for improving security within the local community. All responses are anonymous and will be used solely to help understand how burglary and related crime can be most effectively prevented and targeted within the area.”
