About the Scheme


Accreditation is the first regional accreditation scheme outside London to recognise the abilities of the landlord and not just the property standards.

Since 2008, over 3000 landlords have registered with us and gone on to receive their accredited landlord status. This quality mark award helps them to stand out from others in the lettings market and get them recognised as someone with a proven record of good management with their tenants and their properties.

As well as earning a nationally recognised award, we aim to give a service to our landlords which helps support them in delivering a successful letting business. To this end we provide a comprehensive resource library, newsletters and alerts on up and coming information.

DASH landlord accreditation is actively looking to recruit those landlords who can demonstrate their commitment to maintaining and growing their business skills.

Our Scheme Manual sets out what we hope to achieve and how we will go about it. In it you will find the standards we expect in terms of property condition and conduct of our members.

In order to offer confidence in our service, DASH has a clear complaints procedure as well as a comprehensive Scheme Manual.

In addition to the extensive work in the East Midlands, DASH landlord accreditation is proud to be a delivery agent for the kitemark for accreditation in Nottingham city. 

Landlords who become accredited through DASH are able to carry the Nottingham Standard and show their commitment to providing a good service in the city.
