TThe Nottingham Rental Standard is the over-arching standard for accreditation in Nottingham City.

There are two routes in which a landlord can achieve the Nottingham Standard kitemark –

·         Landlords who let to students apply to gain the Nottingham Standard by joining Unipol Accreditation

·         Non-Student landlords apply to gain the Nottingham Standard by joining DASH Landlord Accreditation

If you are a landlord in Nottingham City and wish to carry the ‘Nottingham Standard’ via DASH, the fee is:

A useful example:

A landlord in Nottingham applies to gain the ‘Nottingham Standard’ via DASH landlord accreditation and pays DASH a fee of £110+vat.

Gaining a discount on their selective license was the key driver in joining DASH.

Accreditation needs to be granted by 1st Aug 2018 to qualify for a discount.

The landlord doesn’t complete the accreditation process in time and therefore doesn’t obtain the discount – in the case the accreditation fee would NOTbe refunded.
